Visionary
Posts: 1324 So Cal | Got a letter from Victory. A survey, mostly about my dealers performance (gave them high marks). Also had two questions about the product (Vision). Multiple choice type of thing. Ranging from "completely satisfied" to "very dissatisfied".
I let them know I was somewhat dissatisfied with the product (dents, ipod, accessory delays).
Also included a little note detailing the problem areas.
But did say I would definitly recommend their product to others. We'll see what happens. |
