I am just getting my bike to the 800 mi. point. The lower power band with my stage 1 set up seems to be from 2800 RPM and on. Around 3500 RPM she stands up and cranks. My gosh, Gotta love it. Can't wait to have her all broke in.
Where do you notice the power band? Stock? Stage 1? and or stage 2?
I call her BOBBYS BUICK.

Many auto makers have what used to be called an E-cell program. A less agressive program tha expires after a factory determined milage. I think Victory uses something similar. Mine was at about 950mi. when I noticed a slight diffrence in sound from the exhaust and the motor seemed to run a little smoother. I think its based on hours run rather than milage. Power band seems about right. 2500-4000, this thing runs! Since a couple of holes found their way into the stock mufflers, I have noticed an improvement in idle quality, and a slight increase in usable power. I can imagine there is a noticeable improvement with the stage 1.

Interesting, I've never heard of the E cell program. It does make sense. Yes the sound of her growl, when rolling it on is something to behold. I'm impressed

I've never heard of an E-cell program either, but there are lots of things I don't know. I've got 2200 miles on my bike, but it got flogged pretty hard when it had only a few hundred miles on it. Is it going to start making more power all by itself now? That'd be nice. May have to egg that pesky Goldwing on again to find out. Hey Cjnoho, after those holes snuck into the stock mufflers, did the sound level increase much? I want to stay in the stealth mode.

No one I ride with has noticed. I noticed a slight increase, you can feel it more than hear it, but a lot less than stage 1 level one. Rapping the throttle, there is a definate increase, but I dont do that much. Just wanted to see if there was a diffrence. I feel, this is what the factory exhaust should have sounded like from the beginning.

Hmmmm- I thought it was just my state of mind and ego - Currently have about 11k on the Vision, put the stage one on at about 7,000. Initially I had some cool burps and backfires, but as the miles went by it has got so smooth and responsive. It just keeps gettin better!

I put the Stage 1 Level 1 pipes, didn't remap, pull good, no burping, no popping on decel. Will see how it goes un-mapped for a while.

I put 4 holes in the each stock pipe each on the 1100 shadow I just traded in. The tone changed for the noticeably for the better. Would love to see pictures if you have them for a reaccurance on my vision. It will be some time before a stage 1 can be added.

Kinda hard to see in there with glasses and a flashlight, pictures were impossible. No regrets though. Definate improvement without much increase in noise. Afraid to go too big, not sure how much the computer is capable of adjusting for. Gonna try the air filter next.
