| I've had a belt chirping problem with my '11 bike since it was new. A couple of dealers have worked on it and even replaced the rear sprocket to no avail. I tried putting a little bit of Harley Poly-Oil on it back around 10K miles which stopped it but the chirp came back within 1000 miles. At the 20K service I lubed the entire belt with about 1/4 of the tube just to see what would happen. I now have 25K and have not even had chirp one since. I think its actually fixed! I just did the 25K service yesterday and lubed it again. So, if alignment doesn't get rid of your chirp then give the Harley Poly-Oil a shot. Their part# is 99860-81 and goes for $3.95 per tube. This has been mentioned before but I thought it might benefit someone to mention it again.

| New pulley didn't help mine. Funny thing is that my '10 didn't chirp regardless of how I adjusted it. The '11 wouldn't stop even after a new pulley. I wonder what the difference is. Maybe some kind of frame alignment issue? Only parts left were the front pulley and the belt. Fortunately the Poly-Oil fixed it so hopefully it doesn't come back one of these days.
