I run Ride-On TPS in all my tires and do not exibit the wear problems I did without it. Seems to smooth out the ride also. |

Posts: 423 northwest florida | I ran 40 lbs in the rear tire and 35 lbs in the shock. No cupping and 13K on rear before getting new tire. |

Posts: 492 Indianapolis, IN | Welcome! I would just say that Air pressure in tire and shock has 60% to do with tire longevity ( just like bad shocks and wrong air pressure on a car ). Riding style and road surface has the rest. I believe that once the cupping starts you probably will not be able to reverse it. Many have had very good wear on the E3s but you have to keep those pressures just right (40-42 front and back ). I keep the shock on the firm side and so far I'm getting better than 14K on the rear and 20K on the front. Good luck and ride safe! |

Posts: 3773 Pittsburgh, PA | having had 2 visions now with the same tires and now the newest vision cupped the rear tire in 2000 miles i can say the shock Might have something to do with it. because on my 08 vision i always ran 20-30psi in the rear shock with 40psi in the rear tire.. now with this 11 vision i run 40 psi in the rear tire and 60 psi in the shock since she likes to ride with me. but this time the 11 visions tire cupped faster than any bike i have ever owned before.... so if the rear shock pressure has anything to do with it , i can say increased pressure for me made increase in tire cupping. |

| Over 16,000 miles so far on my original OEM tires !!! Still enough tread left, but just ordered some new ones from Rocky Mountain ATV.... OEM E3's, $375 shipped, both front and rear. After reading all of the horror stories about quick tire wear on the Vision, I had always thought in the back of my mind that I would end up going "darkside". But, after getting an easy 16k out of the excellent E3's, I see no reason.
