| Just tried to install a Ness Flip Screen To my 2010 Vision Can only get two holes to line up with the screen frame the rest are at least half a hole out anybody else had problems ?? |

| Ness has made it known that the first batch made had some with bad holes. Send it back and they will replaces it. |

| Have you tried putting in the two center bolts first, then trying the outside bolts? I think because they are curved,the holes won't match untill they are close together. Or not  |

| The two middle bolts are the only ones that line up the other four holes are a least half a hole out of line Took the screen back to the dealer and they are sending for a replacement :-) |

| Second screen has arrived :-) Still don't fit exactly same fault as first one :-( |

Posts: 752 Broken Arrow, OK | Like suggested, install your 2 center bolts first. Snug them down pretty good. Should help "flatten" the shield and begin to bring the holes closer to line up. You might have to use some pressure to push the shield on the outside areas to help line up. Make sense? Work it Big'n, work it!! |

| With the two centre bolts in the other holes are past the holes in the frame so no amount of pushing is gonna fix it Any tipps for shrinking lexan welcome lol
