Does Fram make an oil filter that will work on a Vision? I tried to do a search and found nothing. Your help is appreciated.

I have read a lot on the net and most don't feel the Fram filter is that good. Most riders here like the WIX you can buy at any auto parts store for around $6 buck p/n 51358

SuperTech ST7317 $2.88 @ Wal-Mart. Works well for me on the last 20 or so oil changes. I've had personal bad experiences with fram and read also they are not highly rated.

That was the link I was looking for. Thanks for posting. I usually use the Wix. I was asking about the Fram because I bought a car and the previous owner threw in a case of Fram oil filters and I was hoping they would cross reference each other, but alas, no.

Wix 51356 is the exact same size as stock and the one I'd recommend. I think the "58" is shorter?

Now you know why he gave you those filters.
Amsoil and K&N have great filters too.

Shorter and more expensive. It's motorcycle specific (Honda Goldwing, Victory, and many others). The 51356 is the same filter, specs wise, except it is listed for several cars and industrial engines, and it's longer. Many motorcycles have a clearance problem and have to use the 51358 (the shorter one). No clearance problem on a Victory, so use the WIX 51356. The NAPA GOLD 1356 and the Carquest 85356 are the same filter and are made by WIX.

Same thing for the WIX 51358, NAPA GOLD 1358, and Carquest 85358. All made by WIX. Any of them are fine for a Victory. I used to use the "58" series on a Goldwing. The "56" series are too long for the limited space on a Goldwing. They have to use the more expensive filter.

Ronnie.
