Posts: 8 Sweden | Hi there
I bought My Vison in Europe wich means that it has gone through some changes to adapt the lighting to European standards (eg. no red turnsignals) Now I?trying to get it back in its original shape and therefore
I need to find a new connector to the tail light / turn signal socket. I went to my dealer but he could only service me with a complete harness. Does anybody know what connector is used and where to find it? I guess it?s used on several cars but I?ve been googling for ages and I just can?t find it. |

Good luck!

I will try Cruisers link to get hold of the right connector. Since they are located in Sweden it will be easy for me to contact them on phone.
SYNSTR, I probably will not be distinctive in Sweden where I live, but thanks for Your advise. |

I have some stock that may help, but I need more info. Also, put some info in your signature block, bike info, location, |

Posts: 8 Sweden | The stock connectors for rear turn signals and front positioning lights (not allowed to have amber positioning lights in Sweden). I am planning to replace the amber ones with clear glass, but them I need the connectors.

Posts: 48 Cornwall England | Hi, i have a UK model 2011 Tour ABS and I understand your problem. Sign in to Polaris (its free) http://www.polarisindustries.com/en-US/victory-motorcycles/Pages/pa... to find the parts numbers you want its 4011435
You can go here for the prices http://www.polarispartspitstop.com/pages/OemParts?aribrand=VIC use the right hand column and place in the part number and search, then select assembly, scroll down and click show price it will show the price which is $9.84 each.
They will have to be spiced into the wiring harness. (or just buy the harness from the stealer)
There is a loose connection that you can use to run the number plate lights if they have not relocated them to the rear of the trunk (not a nice look). |

Posts: 8 Sweden | Hello and thank You for the links. I already have the sockets, it is the connectors I am looking for. I know that I could get it to work by simply making a connector of my own, but it will not be weatherproof like the original one. That is why I am still looking for the right one. Maybe the only way to go about it is to buy a harness and get the connecors from that as You suggested.
However I appreciated the links they will be most useful. |
