Posts: 241 Monrovia, Ca | Installed the 99's but didn't like seeing the wires between the lights when the trunk is up. Took some Testors flat black model paint to the strip where we removed the 3M tape. Now it looks like it was factory installed. Will post a picture later.

Posts: 222 Barefoot Bay, FL United States | I Didn't want to expose the sticky part, so I just covered the 3M orange covering with black permanent marker over a year ago. I have a Red strip in the middle for brakes, and Amber on each side for directionals. All from Custom Dynamics. Also have 4 Red 3" strips on the cheese wedges facing forward and back for accent lighting. I'll have pics as soon as I figure out how to downsize them to make the site happy. Chrome IS a color!!
