New York State | Not according to the parts catalog the 2008 and 2009 have a different part number than the one for 2011 and 12 |

| Trekwolf164 - thanks for the reply. I noted that as well. I am looking for someone who has seen both or worked on both and can tell me if they are 'physically' different somehow so that the 2010 would not work on a 2008.

New York State | I would ask your shops wrench. You have a Ness Vision so seat heat won't be an issue. |

Trek - I have heat in the seat
Then talk to your shop because you have to be careful punching the hole in heated seats |

Phenix City AL. | The 10 and up seat will fit the 08 and 09, as far as cutting the hole no problem at all, the heat element and wireing are out of the way. |

Willmar, MN | I put a backrest on my 08 and it required some fabrication. While it works, I'm not real satisfied with it. I had a Utopia but didn't like that either. It can be done but it takes imagination. |

Jal NM | If you need the bracket for the drivers back rest I have one that I got when I ordered drivers back rest and didn't need as my 2011 already had it in place and since it did not cost me anything I will send it to who ever needs it for shipping cost only. |
