Northern RI | Anyone on this forum buy their Vision from M.O.M. South? Have you received the firmware update from them? I have version 4.07 and they tell me that they haven't heard of any update and that I have the latest update. I'm also told that Victory isn't replaceing the saddle lids. Is there a specific person at Victory that I can have the dealer or myself email or call to get this straighten out? Thanks in advance  |

they know about lid's , they need to take a picture of the defect's first before submitting warranty.
talk to don he's the service manager or joel the owner. not sure what radio i have but it plays great. |
