Ok, I have issue with my upper wind wings closing at higway speeds. I have done the folowing:

1.  Removed and replaced screws with longer stainless ones.

2.  Installed oversized rubber washers to extend down through the hole... acts like a friction disk.

 I had a guy on Facebook say that you can gain access to the mounts from the top, that there are friction disks installed from the factory that have worn... I do not see this in my service guide.

Ideas...
