Posts: 32 East Haven, CT | I have a Cardo headset, it works pretty good to chat with my wife. It works well with my full face helmet but she has a half helmet and road noise gets in the way with her hearing. I need to get her at least a helmet that covers her ears. I get my music from my Vision speakers. |

Posts: 337 san antonio, tx | We have the Cardo G4 powerset. Works pretty good, but the VOX is a little flaky. Works great as a PTT though. I upgraded the speakers on mine for better sound quality.
I run the onboard stereo through mine via a bluetooth dongle, she has her phone connected to hers via bluetooth. It allows her to talk to me, listen to music, and talk on the phone while we're riding. I can run my phone through mine as well, but choose not to. |

I should add. On the few occasions where I've paired my phone with the Cardo and actually used it to answer a call, the callers where all very surprised that I was on the bike. They had no problems understanding me, and I had no problems hearing them. They had no idea I was riding until I told them that I was not able to write something down!

| We use the Cardo Scala Teamset for rider-passenger bluetooth communications. It's GREAT and was about $200.
I've even answered tthe phone while riding!
The batteries seem to last forever. We can easily ride ALL day with it on and still have a charge left on it. |

Posts: 74 Republic of Texas | I have the Cardo G4 set.. It connects to my Android phone via Bluetooth and I can get music, GPS voice navigation and of course phone calls. It works fine most of the time. Make sure you have the current firmware upgrades in place. It can be done easily by a Windows computer.
Sometimes the connection gets garbled but soon straightens itself out.
Also, I find when wearing gloves, it is difficult to operate the controls buttons. Bare handed, no problem.
Alas, I cannot speak to the intercom. No passengers.
