Must be because Sonny loves his so much.
The Leader of SOA is in dire need of the Vic cruise control because he is losing his throttle grip. |

While there will be those who will vehemently oppose the move, there will be many more who will be looking into the Vics. Maybe season six they'll feature an Indian.... |

Check out the SOA fan page on Facwebook. The die hard[blow hard] wannabies are frothing at the mouth over the intro of other brands to the show. It is freaking hilarious. |

Yeah but trying to explain things to them is like talking to a wall.... pretty funny however the ignorance of some people. |

I don't know Mr Censor. I guess we should only watch what you think is proper.
Btw, I don't watch SOA. |

Perhaps many have forgotten the criminal aspect of outlaw biker gangs. Do we realy want to give that group a forum in TV land? SOA is a long way from being the first show to be idolized by people, and long from being the last. Personally I don't idolize SOA and actually only watched two shows of the entire 4 season series. Knowing that folks idolize TV shows and want to be like them, adds to marketing aspect, (talk about being sheepish), and it is good for the Victory brand for that reason. I barely knew anything about Victory, and wasn't even use to the styling when I decided I had to have a Vision. I dove right in and could not quit thinking about the bike until I had one, all from reading an article about the Vision. As many have, I've even with stood the critical comments, some down right mean, about how the bike looks. I always thought in the back of mind "if they only knew". Now, they are hitting the screen in a show that people want to emulate, it has nothing but good for the brand. Harley has been feeding off the Bad A Biker look for decades... |

I guess no one should have watched the Sopranos either.
Countless times people would come up to me and want to discuss the Sopranos episode that happened the night before. I would tell them that "Yes, I have an Italian surname but I do not have HBO." I am sure that I would have liked the show but I did not watch it.
I do watch Sons of Anarchy because I get the FX network in the standard high definition cable package.
Since SOA started I have seen many more bikes with ape hangers on them and lots of Dyna's. This can only be good for Victory.
It is a modern twist of some Shakespeare themes.
Sutter has said of the Shakespeare element, "I don't want to overplay that but it's there. It was Jax's father who started the club, so he's the ghost in the action. You wonder what he would have made of the way it turned out.
It's not a version of Hamlet but it's definitely influenced by it."Ron Perlman believes "they?re going to stick to the structure of Hamlet all the way to the end (of the series)."
Near the end of the last season the son found out that his step-father killed his father.
I thought the show wandered a bit last season...not sure I will be as interested when it comes back on.
*************
Lately I have been watching "Last Man Standing", "Gold Rush", "Bering Sea Gold" and "Top Shot".
"Last Man Standing" - Tim Allen is too funny.
"Gold Rush" it is a trip to see these guys run dirt only to have the gold wash out of the sluice box.
"Bering Sea Gold" it is a trip to see these guys run dirt run dirt and really make money.....Except for the guys that have the gold wash out of the sluice box. That is just sad.
The Christine Rose is an impressive setup. Makes me wonder what a full sized channel dredge could do if a industrial sluice box was hooked to its output pipe.
"Top Shot" fun with guns!

I was born in 68, but I remember watching Easy Rider in my early teens as well. It changed my life, I still remember the feeling I had at the end of the movie, kind of like the end of an era, America has died. I am glad I outgrew that phase, but that movie had a profound effect on me. |
