, FL United States | The Hodag and I went for a ride today. (What's a Hodag? you ask, go here http://hoslergirls.wordpress.com/2011/07/20/whats-a-hodag/ and find out).
After the ride I heard him snarl as he was crawling back into his underground lair "When you said you were going to take me to Florida with you, I didn't know you meant we were going to HELL. It's way too hot here, send me back to Wisconsin".
It was 82 degrees around 1:30 pm. And there are people that say that they don't believe in Global Warming! |

San Antonio, TX | Sounds like a nice ride. I was not able to ride to work today.....but I am riding to the poker game tonight!
Today is a bit sad for me. My father would have been 20 Birthdays old today. Born in 1932 on 2/29 he had the double handicap of being left handed. Yep, he was a left-handed leap-year baby. I remember when I was sixteen I would tell people that my dad was only thirteen.....and let them figure it out.
He passed away early last February. The old man never made it 19 3/4 but still lives on in my memory.

, FL United States | I don't know what's going on with the weather, but today it was 81 degrees again. There's just something wrong with that when other parts of the country are getting bad storms,ice,snow,etc. It's just plain stupid hot and it's only March 1st. Wonder what it's gonna be like this SUMMER :-( |

San Antonio, TX | I busted out in in poker...but had a great ride home. Today's ride to work was really good. In the morning I will work as a Motorcycle Marshall for some riders training for the "Ride for the Cure" fundraiser.
I only ride on days that end in "y".
