| I too was a former H-D rider. Bought my Vision three years ago and with out a doubt, the most comfortable touring bike I have ever owned! Allow for some break in time with the engine, mine runs better now at 25,000 miles than when it was new.

| Welcome to the club. We went to dinner Friday night and when we were leaving a group of Harley owners walked up and asked me if the Vision was mine. I thought here we go. Much to my surprise several had test ridden a Vision and honestly wanted to know what I thought. I told them I wouldn't take for it. I looked at Harley,Honda and BMW when I bought the Vision. Hands down the best bike decision I ever made. I'm fairly sure at least one will be buying this week. His wife wants one bad and I think our conversation was the final piece. Funny thing was I asked them if they rode a XCT and they all had but said they liked the Vision. Said it just felt better. |

| Iam from mpls, the vison is a 2009 with 525miles on it.Bought it from a dealer, came with full crome and alum wheels. Its midnight cheery.HD is 30 years behind the times,If you dont know how to wrench on your HD you better get out your chcek book.I do all my own wrenching,I have an air lift, and a J&S jack. I have to HDs, a roadking and a fat boy.The air lift was paid for on the first service. If i were to take both bikes in it would cost at least 1,100.People do not realize how much it costs to maintain a HD.I like the vison 5 qts of oil, plugs ,check your belt and your done.My wife sat on vison and love it. She said this what a bike should feel like. She did not like the HD ride.If you are a HD rider compare the too. You will find that the vison is the better bike. Some pepole think HD is the only bike out their. The vison is made in america enough said.Every one riding vison have a good day. sstommyg. |

Posts: 101 Springfield, TN | Welcome! I've put over 80,000 miles on 2 Victories since early '04. Every time I get on my Vision I can't believe I own such a bike! They ride better than they look! And Vision owners never get tired of talking about our bikes... |

| I too am a new Vision owner. I only have 54 miles on her now. Replaced a VN2000 Classsic LT. Oh I guess I should say wrecked the former. Where can I obtain a service manual and has anyone ever removed the trunk and found a way to keep use of the CB?
