We were lucky enough to witness the building of Zach Ness's "NessCafe" (and hang out at Lloydz) for the four days prior to the NY IMS.

Here are the mods Lloyd did to NessCafe:

Mild port work with a 4 angle intake and 3 angle exhaust valve job
TTi Intake system
495 S&S cams
.020 lathed off bottom of cylinders to increase compression
Removed 10 lbs off crank, fully balanced and blueprinted
Lloydz Adjustable timing wheel
PCV with custom map
Variable pressure plate clutch

Dyno Results: 118.6 hp 127.7 tq

That's a great video. The most informative yet. Besides, you get a good look at Lloyd's shop which I was curious about.

The Video shows Lloydz new dyno & monitoring rooms which are off the main "shop" room. He typically has 3+ bikes on benches as well as other concurrent projects and R&D. There's also his motor assembly room which is kept very neat & clean, and the machine room where all his milling/machining equipment is. Then there's the front showroom which doubles as his online store stockroom and shipping area. It can get kind of crazy as product is being delivered/shelved/shipped. The whole shop seems to work pretty well with a small staff. Its been great to watch Lloyd grow from the 1-bay garage behind his house to the current shop over the past 8-10 years.
