Posts: 266 Hartland, , WI | I did searches on the forum to see if someone already told the reason or if I'm just not see it.
I went to the Victory website and only see the Vision Tour listed...what happened to the Tour Comfort and the Tour Premium...looks like no such thing as a Premium any longer. Is that because all the Premium features are now just standard on the Tour?

A new CHEVROLET is a hell of a lot more expensive when you have to buy it over the parts counter one nut, bolt, and washer at a time instead of off the showroom floor already completed. |

I have the tour premium comfort which was suppose to have come with chrome front forks that mine doesn't have. But the bottom line, it can become as confusing as Harley with their 26 variations of the same bike. Personally, I like it cheap and simple and let me decide what I want. |

Posts: 965 New York State | In 2008 there were three Visions Street ,Tour Comfort and the Premium. I had seen the street I owned the Premium and did not see a comfort until a Poker run during Roar at the Shore last year no lighted side badges and painted handel bars.
I was glad to have the Premium.

Posts: 73 Nor Cali | The 2012 Vision Tour I saw at SRVT was bout $3500 cheaper than the 2011 Vision Tour that was in there last year. I'm not sure what all the amenities were on the 2012 compared to the 2011...but they looked the same to me.

Posts: 494 Akron Ohio area | The differences between the top of the line 2011 Vision and the 2012 Vision is something that I've been very curious about.
Victory knocked $2,000 off the price of the 2012 compared to the 2011.
The only differences I can detect are the lack of chrome tip-overs and no HID center headlight on the 2012.
Does anyone else see any additional items missing on the 2012 when compared to the 2011? |

I was shocked when I went to the Victory website...after seeing the same info on my local dealers website...that the Vision is no longer "The Flagship" of the Victory line....it's not even the most expensive any longer!
I like that the Premium when I got it came with everything on it factory installed...I hate to have to purchase any of the extras from a dealer and rely on the dealership to install them. Two of the three dealerships by me are out of business...and only one had a decent wrench that really knew his stuff...and the one left standing is weak and I'm being kind.
Victory is just a fill in their product lineup at each of the dealerships but everytime they service my bike (twice) it still feels like they are "learning how to shave on my face!" |

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | I made that observation when they came out with the CCT that the Vision was no longer the flagship. The Vision will prove to be the bike they just don't know what to do with it. But Victory has been known to drop well selling bikes abruptly. While the Vision was a grand experiment, Victory was really wanting to work with the Core platform, so their effort has paid off. They now have a good selection to sell and I expect more. I really don't know the life of the Vision but expect it to be even more in the shadows.

| I hope the Vision doesn't fade away. My dealer sells more Visions than XCT. I'm hoping Visions are starting to catch on. A Harley rider and I were talking a week or so ago and he's seriously considering a Vision. I asked him if he meant a XCT and he said no, he really likes the Visions looks and the ride. And his wife loves the Vision.
