| I'm pretty sure that I want to go with a Cee Bailey's windshield for my '12 Vision. I like that they have as many different sizes and options as they do (more than Vic or Ness, etc).
My issue is that, number one, I'm 5'4", so the stocker in the lowered position is about even with my nose. That's alright (although I'd prefer it down aroud my chin). Number two, I'm having my seat re-worked so that it will be about 2" lower. I was going to order the 16" shield but now I'm thinking that maybe the 14" (they call the "Summer Shield") will suit me better. Anyone out there in a similar situation? Is it possible that the 14" shield will still give me that little buffetless space on the highway? |

Posts: 241 Monrovia, Ca | If you are that short, I would suggest the 14" I am 5-10 and run a short most of the time. On the Freeway, I put it up about 3/4 of the way.

Posts: 1229 Rancho Cucamonga, CA | Since our windshields are at an angle, decreasing it by 2" does not reduce the height by 2". I have a 14" and an 18" and only notice about a 2" diffence in where the wind hits my helmet. |
