| I have the stock pipes on my Ness 2009
and i also have the Stg1 levl1 pipes as well.
Witch pipes can I remove the Baffle completly out?
Looking for a cost effective way for "Loud" sound-
trying to get the bike to Roar :-)

Posts: 215 W'ford Tx | eBay search for atom bomb service and they will gut your pipes for you but you'll pay for it. You might try a trusted muffler shop to see if they can gut them for you. |

Posts: 2 CT | You can remove the baffles from the stock pipes with a die grinder just cut the end of the
pipe there is nothing inside holding it toghether when you remove it you need to leave the mounts for the tips in place so those should be spot welded after its cut out
Its very easy to do it would be very easy to reinstall them if you do it right |

and also, would the dealer flash need to be installed- if so witch stage is best? |

Posts: 2 CT | If you take a look at the pic on witchdoctors website cut the end the way he does. No need for a reflash I cut mine out 1k miles ago and it runs mint and sounds awesome!
