A Harley guy who always ask me about my "spaceship" came to mess with me this morning when I showed up on the vision because the temp outside was only 31 this morning. I told how great the vision was with dealing with the weather so he sat on my bike. He thought it was comfy but would not take it for a spin. Anyway he asked me what the indentation on the front brake and clutch levers was for and I do not have the answer. I'm asking about the line on the bottom half of the levers about 1.5 or 2 inches fro the outside of the lever. I really never noticed them before, so can anyone tell me what they are for?

Metric bikes have it so when they fall over just the end breaks off but you can still us the lever.
Harley would be a perfect bike for the break off lever

I wondered the same thing but never wondered enough to ask. Kind of interesting idea unless you have a Vision that rarely falls over that far.
