Posts: 2300 Georgia, west of Atlanta | Lloyd posted on FaceBook the supercharger project is complete. Ready for install at shop on VV & CC only for now........... stock injectors, exhaust,VM-1 cam and 9lbs boost = 142 RWHP. More specific cam, bigger injectors and different exhaust should be in the mid 160's......... |

That's just about getting into shouting distance of a ZX14 although that's a hell of a lot lighter. Insane numbers! |

I know Lloyd has some great bang-for-your-buck prices but I'm guessing this is one of those "if you have to ask how much, you can't afford it" things. Or maybe I'm wrong and owe someone an apology. |

Posts: 457 Green Bay, WI United States | I am happy with the power the Vision has in a slightly modified form but like my RAM pickup, too much HP never hurt. I imagine the piles of money would be with piles of smiles when the "twister" gets pulled in the right direction. Thank you Lloydz for being hard on horsepower..........bring it on!
As always.....

Fountain Inn, SC United States | From Lloydz...
"Heres a Dyno graph of our Supercharged XC. We have had some hurdles to jump and on one of them we actually tripped and broke a leg, so the healing process was a little longer than expected. (Lloydizm). We have been redesigning the kits to make them easier to bolt on and less work for us to assemble which translates into less money for the kits with less parts and fabrication.
The motor is stock with a set of VM1 cams in place, Stock injectors and STOCK exhaust system. The rev limiter is set @ 5900 RPMs and this kit makes 9 PSI of boost and It is an intercooled kit. I wanted to see the limitations of the stock component for which we maxed out our power by running out of injectors.
The kits as delivered on a stock exhaust with VM1 cams will produce the number you see on the graph."

Posts: 499 Chattanooga, TN | Before considering the 116 kit, I'd ask around. I've heard a few stories that would make me shy away from it. But, I like to ride distance. She ain't no trailer queen! Not saying everything hasn't been sorted out with the 116 at this point, but I'd do some more checking. |

Posts: 537 , FL United States | I have talked to many people about the 116. There is a lot to consider. The first would be who is doing this build? Is one better than the other? I don't know but both the builder and the owner need to do their part to make the most out of the 116. What ever other one chooses the 116 is still a viable option... not saying it is the best but still an option.

Posts: 537 , FL United States | I was leaning heavily towards the 110 after talking to the the big three... but now a supercharger.... The wife was prepared to either send the bike off or let it sit in Gainesville for a little while this Summer for the 110... just have to wait and see how this supercharger plays out... |

Yup. LOVE IT! I really like the extended rev limit of the Lloyd's ECM flash. I'm trying to take it easy on it because it doesn't have many miles on it but I caught myself reving it past 6K a few times. With this much power, it's easy to do. It just screams!
Something to thin about: The 110 is much simpler, cheaper by thousands and I would imagine have better longevity than a SC... Have some head work done in conjunction with the 110 and watchout!

Seems to me I seen a price of about about $5,000 somewhere... Could have been a guess. If I had to guess, I would say $3500-$4500...
