Posts: 106 Illinois | Has anybody bought one? What did it cost? I'm liking the idea of being able to convert from tour to street.
Thanks,
Mike |

Posts: 235 Evergreen, CO | I bought the filler panel when I bought my Comfort Tour. The cost was somewhere around $100. I also ordered the passenger backrest, which necessitated cutting the filler panel to allow for the passenger backrest supports. My Vision has been in this configuration since about a week after purchase. I will be converting it back into the tour configuration in another week, in preparation for my long vacation ride from Denver to Washington state/Vancouver Island/BC/Alberta starting the end of July.
Installation of the panel without the passenger backrest is easy. A bit of a PITA with the passenger backrest, but still very doable as long as you take your time. |

Posts: 223 Valdosta, GA | I don't recall the part numbers and I don't know how much of an issue it is anymore, but when they first came out, there were two different part numbers for each color panel. One part number was listed as an accessory and sold for right around $100. The other is a replacement part number and costs twice that. If you're dealer hasn't dealt with the Vision much, you may run into this. Just something to keep in mind in case the dealer trys to tell you the piece is gonna run ya $200. |

Posts: 64 Columbia,MO | Hey Mike, I bought the filler panel for my black tour when I bought it. It took 1 week to get and it cost me $209.99 plus tax. Part # 5436111-266. The dealer called it a hard part. Guess that means its a part and not an option. I will check with him to find out if it is cheaper for accessory as others have mentioned. I really like be able to change it back and forth from street to tour as needed. Great instructions for changing are on youtube with the gadgit guru sorry can not remember the exact address. IMO it is a must buy. |

| Mike s, Hey could you do us all a favor and find out the 2 different part numbers by catagory and post them here so we can get the cheaper/less expensive panel rather than paying double? I had my dealers parts guy running i circles looking for itand the only one we could come up with is the $209. version. Thanks...... T |

| Ran the numbers Crawford provided through my dealer and there was no match. I'm assuming there are some digits missing in the paint code, or at some place in the numbers provided. For example the Cherry panel number could be 2876885-5-- (2 numbers missing)???? Victory uses a 7 digit part number followed by paint code. The aforeentioned number have 8 digits so they are either missing 2 before, 2 after or 1 at either end.
So is their ANYONE who has ordered the Cherry panel with the $109. price tag who actually has the number or can get it??? Thanks in advance (new dealer and they aren't really fluent with all the stuff) |

Posts: 340 Regina Saskatchewan Canada | Sorry about that, here is the correct numbers
2876888-266 - Black
2876888-554 - Midnight Cherry
2876888-245 - Super Steel Gray
These are the number my dealer gave me with a price tag of $109.99. As far as I know all part numbers are the same for Canada.

| I posted this in another thread but just in case: If you have any intentions of going with the street conversion in the future, remove the trunk NOW and put some sticky backed foam between the trunk and the "rear fender trim panel." If you don't you'll have two very nasty patches (one each side) where the paint is rubbed off. |

I just installed the filler panel on mine over the weekend. Noticed a chip on one corner that I didn't see prior to removing trunk. Good tip and I feel better knowing that it was something I didn't do. The wife and I removed the trunk and I was sure we did not cause the chip.
