Posts: 73 Sullivan, IN United States | Can someone please point me in the right direction for a thread on Headlamp replacements. I remember reading it but now I am having trouble finding it and one of my high beams has went out , so I am going to have to brush up on that project. Thanks, John |

It contains photos with red lines, circles, and text.
Before you start, I highly recommend these two tools to make your life much easier:
1. 4mm hex key socket with 1/4 inch drive
2. 1/4 inch drive racket
Have fun! |

Posts: 1290 Ruskin, Fl | I noticed something last time I had the whole head lamp assembly out. (I had to take it a part because the retaining wire would not go on the
HID bulb, this was why) From the factory the tabs that wire goes under were tightened down in a position that would make it impossible to change per the owners manual. I loosed the screw and rotated it a few degrees while I had it out. I would be willing to give it a try next time I need a bulb before taking the bike apart. I haven't tried yet so I still might not be able to do it the way the manual says.
