Both parts of my front fender had cracks around the mounting holes.
I used "machine washers" for the front part of the fender and ground the outside edge down to make them fit. Notice how they fit perfectly around the mounting holes. First I roughed up the plastic and washers with a Dremal and then put down a layer of epoxy to sink the washers into. When that started to set, I covered the washers. Sort of encased them in epoxy.
For the rear part I did the same thing but used straps. I'm hoping this will provide enough extra support to keep them from cracking any further. Time will tell...

| To any Vision Rider that reads this. Please take the time and check you bolts on the front fender. Mine were loose and I can bet if they were tight I would not of had a crack in them.
Please check your bolts and I don't care if its a 13 model |

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | I agree, check them, but mine was tight, not too tight, but tight and mine still broke. I attributed mine to the mudflap I had put on there, but the plastic was very brittle also. |
