I bought a used rear rim had it powder coated and now need pulley studs installed how does this work? Do I need the dealer to do this or can I do it myself?

Make it easy on yourself and head to the hardware store, get hardened metric bolts and torque to spec,, they changed then after they made mid year 09's I believe... I changed my powder coats with billet and did the same
