| Well I finally did it! Just signed the paperwork on "MY" new 2013 Victory Vision in Sunset Red. Its still in the crate at the dealership & I pick it up on Tuesday.
MY new Vision will have its first upgrade included when I pick up the bike... Victory's (discontinued) Stage 1 - LEVEL 2 performance intake & exhaust system. My dealership had two sets available and I decided to go with this exhaust system instead of the typical Stage 1 system. The dealership was having a demo day & I saw/heard a Vision with this system on it. Seeing this system in action really sold me on it. It'll be a somewhat louder than the normal Stage 1 but boy does it sound good.
Other than the exhaust and intake system I've also ordered the lower air deflectors and the rear cover panel so I can take the trunk off. Once the trunk is off I kinda wonder if/when I'd put it back on. From what I've heard it's hard to put it back on once you realize how it handles with it off.
So for now my only problem is Tuesday. How am I possibly gonna sleep between now and delivery time? What will I do to keep myself sane during this impossibly long wait?

| My guess is that once you ride it for a while the trunk will stay on...Kinda grows on ya!! Not much difference without it, unless it is really loaded and you are creeping around a parking lot....JMHO |

You have tonight and Monday to look at and buy more accessories ..that's what I did while I was waiting and I am still doing it! A few things I highly recommend, if you have some spare $....screaming banshee airhorn (manufacturer is offering a 10% discount to vision rider forum members), and Clearwater driving lights (Darlas) |
