| Mine does the same thing. I have an '08. I have had the dealer adjust it twice, it goes away for a short time, but always comes back, drives me crazy! |

Posts: 2118 Pitt Meadows, BC Canada | Thanks for reminding me! My 2008 did that for years - but I can't remember it doing that lately...
Usually only for the first few minutes of a ride. And usually NOT after a recent dealer service. I got used to it - never worried. And was NEVER a problem other than "What the hell is that?". Or, since I knew it was the belt "Why the hell is that?". All my bikes from 1979 on were shaft drives - and I loved that so much I swore I would NEVER own a chain-drive bike again. But belts? This is new to me - but better than chain - and I can live with a few seconds of chirping until it 'warms up' ...

Posts: 329 scotts valley, California | There was quite a bit of chatter back in '08 about belt chirp. After several attempted band-aid fixes, Victory replaced my rear sprocket -- no more chirp. |

You should tell us what year your bike is. do a search in the tech section and you'll find out how to get your belt rigth |

Same with mine and after I get caught in a heavy rain it is noisy until it dries out.
