Fort Covington, NY | Went for a ride on Sunday with 3 other couples all riding Goldwings except for me on my 2010 vision. On the way home I hear a noise coming from under my bike. I pulled over to investigate; after a few minutes of looking and talking with one of my buddies we decided it was the rear wheel bearing. Drove it another mile to get to a park lot, very ugly noise. Finally got it to the Victory dealer and called for a ride home for my wife and I(120 miles).
Just had a new rear tire put on last week and I thought that the mechanic knew to check bearing but I guess I was wrong; 40400 miles I should have known to replace the bearings.
