| I have finally reached that point where I can consider buying a new or new to me Vision. I can really start looking at the end of August and want to have one purchased by march of 2014. Since I live in SW Ohio I ride basically from Early to Late March to Thanksgiving I am not in a big hurry and really want to get the best deal possible since I am cheap. Still debating on new or used. I would go used if I could find one with an extended warranty. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Posts: 482 Beer Collins, Colorado (there is no fort) | As far as the time of year-I've bought 3 new Victory's ('99, '03, & '09) and all were the last years models purchased in February & March. Might not work in Arizona but when there's a foot of snow on the ground the dealer's seem more willing to clear inventory-especially ones that aren't dealing snowmobiles. Motorcycle prices always seem to peak around Sturgis Rally time and then taper off as the weather cools around here. |

Hoping for the dealers sakes, that there are no 12 models left over.............. I am ready for the day Victory sells 15,000 bikes a year....... |

Well me either bud, it wasn't a huge selection but there were some scattered around the states. Over 800 miles from the house I found mine and we were both fair with each other as i Want to see the dealers thrive too. I thnk the days comin. I was out Saturday and seen 5 Vic's out. A vision, 3 XCs and a hammer. Great to see that many in2 hours! |

| I think you should buy till late June 2014.The price rates are somewhat lessen till then and you can get even more models an colors to choose from.

Posts: 466 Grand Cane, LA | Come down to Louisiana. I know where there are 2 2012 Visions still on the showroom floor. Both of them are the bronze mist if you're not picky about the color. Couldn't believe either one was still at the dealerships while I was looking for a new 2014. Both dealerships didn't even try to make me a deal on those bikes. I thought maybe they were not for sale or something. |

Posts: 573 Central Illinois | ATV, if they don't do something to get those bikes out the door you will see them again next year. The dealer has failed to understand his own business. A 2 year old bike is simply not worth as much to most people as a current model year, no matter how low the mileage is. If I bought a '12 today I would expect at least a $4000 discount and maybe more. It is not that I don't understand that it is a new bike, what I understand is that when I want to sell it in a couple of years it will be a lower mileage'12, not a '14 and I need to keep that in mind as a buyer. Otherwise I eat the loss of value rather than the dealer who owns that leftover. |

Posts: 7 , OH | At The Indian/Victory of Toledo dealership there may be some leftover 2013 Visions. I got one in October for over $4000 off MSRP. Check with Jeff Eckman. Jeff@indianoftoledo.com. Tell him Jim with Black Vision sent ya. |
