Posts: 804 Perry Hall, MD | Have not used one. There have been a couple of occasions when I got caught in the rain with my short windscreen and half helmet when it would have been nice to have, but I wouldn't want to haul it around for those few instances.

Thanks. That's kind of the way I'm leaning. I only wear a helmet on trips that will take me through states with helmet laws (half helmet), and in the dead of winter to keep my head warm (full face). This wouldn't really help in either situation, but wanted to get some opinions.

| Looks cool.
Practical, I think not.
I saw a few guys riding together with these at Sturgis. Probably their marketing department. I would rather people look at my bike than my mask.
There are other face covers out there that seem better for a purpose. Neoprene with Velcro. You can get them with skulls. This type rolls up small but you still need to stop to put them on. If you expect rain just tie a bandana around your neck and just pull it up when you need it.
This is where an electric windshield works great. |

Posts: 2300 Georgia, west of Atlanta | If you live in a no helmet state and usually don't wear one this mask would provide rain protection without takiing up much room in a saddle bag. Would NOT work as good as a full face helmet though, of course you already know that...........
