Posts: 152 Bonita Springs, FL | I cannot find anything on line regarding all the new accessories for the Vision, any help would be appreciated. I understand there are many new accessories available and want to get them ordered. I am traveling for several months and want to see photos and pricing before I call my dealer. |

http://www.polarisindustries.com/en-us/victory/BuildQuote2009/Pages...
Then select your model and trim level of Vision (Street/Tour, Standard/Comfort/Premium) and color, then it will take you to a page that lists all accessories available for that model. I hope this helps....

Flash screens and tiny frames that have to be zoomed to view? Whats up with this?
Im sure that some very creative web consultant has convinced the marketing deptartment that interactive content is all the rage, but I have one goal when I go online; I want information in a easily accessible form as quickly as possible.
The way the websites are constructed makes it appear that Polaris has an internal conflict and management cant make up their mind if they realy want Victory to be a seperate brand.
Forcing users to navigate between Victory and Polaris and back to veiw or purchase accessories is just silly and the 2009 online catalog is an absolute nightmare, havent these people heard of PDF files? |

Victory has one of the most aggravating and useless website I have seen in some time.
Oh it has a lot of cool stuff, it's that most of it just makes it hard to load and is hard to see and use.
Just think some nut actually were to college for 4 years to come up with that site setup.
What I would give for the days when websites were easy to use and you could get information in one click.

Posts: 297 VA | I was thinking the same thing late last night as I focused in and out of the catalog. Who the heck thought that was a good idea? And I did the same thing, trying to download it as a pdf. I was kinda pissed when they didn't have 2009, let alone 2008. The only thing I could think was that they weren't sure it would be a final version of the catalog and didn't want people having a copy that they couldn't update, but then they didn't have 2008 either. I also get irritated going back and forth between Victory and Polaris. We know they are the same company, but for crying out loud, don't make us navigate away from one page and then try to get back to where we started.
On the upside, they are going to get at least $39.95 for the rubber covers that go in front of the shifter nad brake levers. They should have been standard, but I guess they are finding the "oh, forgot about that" things as they go. I hate seeing all those scuff marks from my boots. Most of the other stuff isn't really that different. I did notice that they have changed the hats. I bought one of the "trucker" caps, one size fits all. It does, if you don't mind getting a headache after 10 minutes. Admittedly, I have a big melon, but I always prefer the hats with the adjustable strap in the back. Just growing the winter hair needs an extra notch some times. Looks like the new hats are like that. On that note, why can't they make just a plain, nothing like NASCAR type shirt and hat. I just wanted a nice plain black hat with the Victory logo. Everything, except for the trucker hat, has flames and all sorts of other stuff. Same with the shirts, just want a plain shirt with the Victory logo. Am I old (only 31) or just boring? |
