Am I the only Victory rider that thinks Victory made a mistake by not offering a special edition paint for all the models? What about a 10th Kingpin and Vegas? Or go really retro and do a V92 TC 10th? Yes the TC was a stretch since it would hurt the vision sales, but still? How about clothing? The next big anniversary will be the 25th.

I think some of us are just to accustomed to other manufacturers having an anniversary every 5 years and milking the name for every dime they can squeeze from us. I wouldnt care which bike Victory chose to use for its anniversary edition. The fact they are only planning on 100 vehicles actually makes it something special. But seeing that the Vision is the newest flagship vehicle of the company i can see why they would choose that bike for the anniversary edition. Harley does a good job of pleasing the masses and offering every model motorcycle and clothing to match so everyone can drive one.

When Polaris had the 50th, the Vegas and the Kingpin had 50th paint schemes. With that, I'm suprised a special 10th paint scheme was not given to the Vegas and Kingpin. Do the same, 100 bikes only. Your point dwhite is very good.

The TC also had a 50th paint scheme......I had one. I also wish they would do the special edition paint on other bikes, if they did my wife would buy a new Kingpin this year!

I saw the 50th anneversary paint, and LOVED it! I wanted the kingpin then, but was recovering from my 1st knee surgery, although I did manage to swing my (immobilized) leg over one!! felt SO nice! Now, two more knee surgeries later, I am contemplating my second Vision in less than a year with the 10th. Am I crazy????-----Metalguy

It's a gorgeous looking bike!

If you can afford it, go for it.

You only come this way once.

Big Vic,

Your wife should buy an 09 Kingpin 8-Ball paint the top half Antares red with the gold pinstripe.  Drop another two grand on the custom wheels of her choice and she would have one of the baddest Kingpins ever.

The thought has crossed my mind, but she wants more chrome and less black. We might get a loaded black Kingpin and add the red paint.
