W'ford Tx | dragon bob makes a dash bag that I believe has the option of a clear bag in front that's the size of a bigger cell phone. I have his regular dash bag and it's great. A must have for the vision. |

Glendale, AZ United States | I like a tank bag as well. There is a gal that makes custom made tank bags for the IBA guys, but I cannot remember her name for the life of me, but very popular. Anybody know? That's one of my few issues with the vision in that the amount of room they took up for the radio setup was too much and not enough room for a tank bag.
This FirstGear below may do the trick. Not very large, but it should fit. Please take a look at the dimensions and the price is right as well.

West Salem, WI United States | I like the dragon bob bag for an actual bag, that makes sense to me. Wingstuff.com is a good resource! Found this one that might work, its 9-1/2 x 9-1/2. would need to figure out a strap for the top and then tuck the two pigtails under the v-panel.

Beer Collins, Colorado (there is no fort) | Center console is aluminum. I would guess if you were dead set on a tank bag you could go with some adhesive /sticky back velcro to hold the bag in place & be easy to get it out of the way for fueling. |

| I've been using a tank bag by Wolfman Luggage?. http://www.wolfmanluggage.com The name of the bag is Rainier. Plenty of room, Straps stay out of the way. It does make fuel stops a little less easy. I have to hold the fuel door open because the straps hinder movement a bit. Small price to pay to have so much more storage. I'll try to post pics?

It appears that RevZilla also carries this product for 148 dollars. Not water proof, which from my end is no big deal. |

| I access the radio thru grip controls and iPod in the glove box. You can still see the screen, but only if you lean forward. Items in the bag have unintentionally changed my play list due to pressing a dash button but maybe only 3 or so times. tomorrow I can run out and take pics of how its tied down. I bought a few but stuck with this one, quality is 2nd to none!

I have an 09 Vision and I am not sure if anything has changed since then, but I cannot power up the radio/Ipod whatever without pressing the master radio switch down low. Does this mean you have the radio/Ipod powered on consistently every time you start the bike? I also have the auxiliary jack down low, which would put the tank bag in the way of being able to access that as well. I would prefer a tank bag I could leave on the bike. One of my few negative comments with the Vision is I don't think the engineers thought things through very well as far as making accommodations for a tank bag, which a lot of utility riders like myself would like considering this is a long-distance touring machine. Nothing like having access to a map if you cannot afford a GPS on the go and your favorite trail mix or candy bars handy on those long rides. Hmmmm. |

I know her stuff is well made by hand and popular with the IBA folks. See link below. Anybody purchase her tank bags? Vlad.
