Well i cut the alluminum swoosh looks perfect like factory. used a 32 tooth hack saw for the straight lower 1/3 and a dremel tool with a cutting disk, then a flat file and rat tail file to smooth it . you cant tell its not factory. as soon as i get it put back on the bike ill post a photo. tom

How long and wide is the part that you cut off. Did you cut both sides?
