Posts: 117 South of Houston Tx | I was in Sugar Land on my Vision today, had a job at the Mercedes dealer on 59. I call Angleton home, just a little to the south of you. I had to go to Sandollar Autoplex in Galveston yesterday, when I got finished I went down the sea wall and on out off the island via the toll bridge. It was nice going down blue water highway, about 10 degrees cooler with the breeze off the water. |

Posts: 261 Sugar Land, TX (Outside of Houston) | We ride to the Angleton Ice House all the time. Best Burgers around. And I love the Blue Water Highway ride from Surfside to Galveston.
There is also a group of Gold Wing Riders (The Wild Man Group) from down in that area that we ride with to the Hill Country sometimes.
There are some nice scenic roads down there and in Brazoria County.
I'll keep your info in case you want to join us on a ride sometime down that way.

That would be great, just let me know if and when. I know where the Ice House is but have never been there, I will have to stop in and try a burger for lunch some day. I haven't seen another Vision in these parts yet, I have been told that there is a silver Street in Brazoria and yesterday while I was at the quick stop a man asked me if I just came from Lake Jackson and when I said no, he said "then there is a twin to that bike in Lake Jackson" (mines a Midnight Cherry Tour Custom). |

Posts: 261 Sugar Land, TX (Outside of Houston) | You got to test ride the Vision - It will sell you on it. Not to mention - you see Gold Wings everywhere. Not so many Visions out there and they are a conversation piece as well as a power house.
I test road at Team Mancuso down here in Southwest Houston on the SW Freeway and Fondren.

Got an Arkansas trip planned in October and do Fall and Spring Hill Country trips also. Richard Sugar Land Richard, I live on the SW side of Houston. I ride with the Star Riders of Houston (used to be all Yamaha but that was long ago). I am also going to Fayetteville this year. It will be my second time at that rally. We went about 5 years ago. Anyway, I work up in East Texas during the week. I stay at my lake house North of Jasper. I will be leaving Thursday morning around 6 a.m. or so. I just booked at room in Fayetteville today at a Comfort Suites in Springdale. There are still rooms if you look at the actual hotel web sites, but dont use the link off the Bikes Blues & BBQ web site cause they show them all as booked. JUST IN CASE ANYONE ELSE WAS LOOKING FOR A ROOM. BTW, it was not cheep either. I need a trip so I booked it.
Richard, give me a call if you want and maybe we can meet up for the ride or when we get there. 832-721-3196 houstonbyrdman@earthlink.net I have a black Vision. What color is your Vision?

| Vision Rider here in Humble Texas. Travel to SW Houston everyday to work, if it wasn't for my Vision, I'd quit that long drive. |

I know the Star Riders but have never ridden with them. I ride with the Southern Cruisers but have not been on a chapter ride in awhile.
Not headed to the Fayetteville Rally - Just a group going up in October for a long weekend to Hot Springs.
Will keep the number handy - we ride aout in the Hill Country all the time and out in Brazoria County for some quick Sunday Beer Runs. |
