| EZ Off oven cleaner.
Spray on, let sit, wipe off.
Be careful of paint and any rubber surface but this works fast and it works on anything on the pipe. |

| Crawford, I've hard that before as well, BUT I would caution anyone to avoid this practice. It does in fact scratch the chrome as does the lowest grade steel wool (contrary to suggestions to the opposite). |

Posts: 374 Tucson, AZ | Ive used the Easy Off before and found if you spray it on an old rag and then place the rag on the warm pipe you stand a better chance of not ruining the paint. I then used a wooden paint stirring stick to coax off the gunk. Use a new paint stir stick with good edges and its a pretty easy job.
