80,000 miles today on my Victory Vision. She's never seen the inside of a service bay. Tires and oil, and a handful of assorted replacement light bulbs. That's it. Original belt, original battery. Unmatched cost of ownership. Thank you Lord, thank you victory . Reliability through engineering, longevity through craftsmanship. I should reach 100,000 by years end.

Awesome..its great to hear from the riders that have been racking up the miles. Knowing we can depend on our Vics for a long time to come. In my first year I've put on 15K...which to some of you guys is a couple of trips

Nice! I hope to hit 75K myself this year. If only work didn't get in the way.

I'm with ya! Work is hindering my riding! When I'm retired and empty nesting, it's on (Lord willing)

I just crossed 1000 miles on my 13 ! My commute is only 7 miles and its been a cold and busy spring, so I'm feeling pretty good about those miles! Hoping to ride a lot more this summer...

I have 29,500 on my 2013. That's 100,500 miles total all together on my 3 Visions since 2008.
I ride more every year and am now averaging 24,000 a year.
Beside tires and oil I have had only 2 problems. MAP sensor crapped out on first 2008 and the iPod sync stopped working working on the '13. Radio replaced under warranty.
I expect to keep the 2013 for at least 100,000 miles.

Congrats Jimtom! I hope I will be that lucky. My Vision is a keeper. I'm riding it to the ground, slowly. Only about 4,000 miles in 7 months. Commute is only 9 miles and I have 2 other bikes on rotation. The 2 other bikes I can get rid of, but not the Vision.

It would be tough to spread the love between 3 bikes I'm like you, I'm riding mine to the ground. I like that. These people all worried about resale or trade in. Keeping my victorys. They will have no market worth when I'm done with them anyway No one is going to want a bike with 200,000 miles on it

Congrats and Lucky you
I will pass 44,444 on the way home this evening on my 08.
Not much compared to many on here but nothing than normal maintenance on mine--except for the cams added about 30K.

My first 08 was totaled at 35,000.0 by a cage. Blasted be in he rear at a traffic light.
2008 number 2 I bought used. Loved them both. Traded number 2 in for ABS and to go back to better handling stock 18" front.
Plus I didn't want to do cams and stereo upgrades at 53,000. (Got it with 18K).

Vision 2013 - purchased in December 2013. Although we have had the worst winter in recorded history in Michigan, I managed to ride 15,025 miles thus far. Now that the weather has GREATLY improved, I plan on an nice overnight trip this coming weekend.

I work 65-70 hours a week. I don't own a cage (my wife has an expedition). My bike is my work car so, 54 miles a day 6-7 days a week commute miles. I have one in college, one graduating high school tonight and a 15 year old athlete so not much time to ride yet but it's coming Family and work have to come before riding.

I live in north Alabama. I ride year round . Doesn't seem possible to do that in Michigan winters. I have ridden in the snow a few times and my record low ride was 7 degrees which dropped to 4 degrees before I got to work. My water bottle in the holder on the handlebar froze . I told my wife we would never live anywhere that we couldn't ride year round. I ride the 99 in questionable winter weather. It's more manageable (lower , lighter)

OMG you did this on the stock belt. Victory is not going to be happy with you

What I found on facebook is that people are more pissed that I haven't replaced my good battery yet! I know some replace batteries at a time or mileage interval. That's fine , I don't replace a battery until it fails or shows signs . Riding everyday helps a battery. But some people can't live and let live they want everyone to take care of their bike the way THEY do and if you don't , they get mad. I think they're a little resentful of me to know the good battery they cast out would have lasted much longer too. Someone told me to change my battery thousands of miles ago. I'm glad I didn't listen.

You're probably right about their hurt feelings      If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

don't want to upset the apple cart, but there is validity with changing your battery when it still seems okay. a weakened battery cause a lot of other issues.

I passed up the opportunity to work at the office just 4 miles from my house just so I could have a 30 mile round trip. Now my daily commute round trip is 64 miles, happy is me...

My daily work commute "used" to be 104 miles... round trip. Now since my company allows most of us to work from home, I hardly ever go into work proper. I don't think I've sat in my cubicle for the last 5 months now.

My Vision has seriously taken a drop in progressed accumulated mileage.

My "commute" IN to work is 7 miles; on the days I go in which is 2-3 days a week, the rest I work from home. The "ride" home is generally 20-40 miles, depending on the route I take to get home ;-)

I live in Glendale and work in downtown Phoenix, which is roughly about 20 miles one way. It's nice to jump on the HOV lane in the morning to shave off time. I can cut close to 30 minutes in commuting time in rush hour traffic. Vlad.
