Salisbury, NC | I was in Bristol, TN this morning and had all day to get home. I left at checkout time of 11:00am. So I rode down to I-26 via Hwy 19/23. Then turned on Hwy 352 West, took that down to Hwy 212 that turned into Hwy 208. I had planned on going to Hwy 209, but missed the turn-off. It was then that I noticed that my back was getting wet. I pulled off and stopped on some little road not on the map. Sure enuff, the cork stopper had pulled out of my bottle of Ezra Brooks that I had in the travel bag. After trying to recover some of the lost 90 proof that was running around in the bottom of the bag, I rode the unmarked road for a while. I did not get lost because I still had a half a tank of gas, but I had to follow the sun(my GPS) for several miles(over 40) before I found a road that was on the map. Well, I made it home at 10:00pm. I will have to say that it was a great ride through the mountians of TN & NC. ET |

Turned 21,258 and had to use GPS today
