Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | I actually got some yard work done today. I changed the oil on my Vision. I call it yard work because the wife won't let me bring it into the house and I don't have a garage, so I had to do it in the yard. Oh, I put in a full synthetic oil, I won't mention the brand so I don't start an oil rant, but it seems to be quieter, but I don't know about cooler. We'll see.

Posts: 1290 Ruskin, Fl | I changed mine yesterday. I stayed with the Victory oil only because I had 2 quarts left over from "the kit". I was at about 2700 miles and cannot believe what a noticeable difference there was.

Bike feels like it's got more power.
Need to find more chrome.

| varyder, lol yardwork.... Well I sure hope you managed to get a few miles of riding in as well?? Took the wife and went out to hit the sideroads in the countryside. Some of the tree's are starting to change already, but the field blooms are getting in that last burst of colors. Did a little over 100 miles, came home had something to eat and then took another shorter putt just as the sun was setting over lake Erie, great view always.
I don't notice any temp difference with the synthetic but can say for sure the bike is running more quiet with each change. Might be break in, might be the oil, flip a coin. I did my yard work last weekend, lol....
Indiana RR, I hear the chrome kickstand is good for 6hp and 3 lbs of torque, lmao......... have you had it dyno's yet
