Comments in the gallery area?

Iron Butt Posts: 935 Rockford, IL I noticed that on below some of the pictures here in the gallery area there is a comments box where comments can be posted. However on some other pictures there is not a comment area. I've tried to figure out why this is set this way...and as usual...I'm confruzled Is this a setting on my end? Or is there some other explanation/reason? Do I gotta pay somebody off or something? Some type of rtiualistic initiation? The other is: Allow unregistered users to post comments? So to answer your question, it's not on your end.
