Posts: 167 , OH | I decided to add a USB outlet, charger jack on the center console. I got so tired of cables everywhere when parked. Cig lighter plugs are too big. adaptors for the mini plugs are a pain. Has attached dust proof cap.
Hope it helps someone. Sorry about the DUST, still under construction.

Posts: 60 Wichita, KS | Thanks for posted this. I have been wanting to do the very same on my Vision and my wife's XC. Like you, very frustrated with the adapters and cords. I'd like to install this for charging the bluetooth comm units and cell phones. Love the protective cover this has. Where might one go to buy some of these. |

Posts: 160 Camas Washington | Another use less mod. Why not just spend $5 on a cig/USB adapter plug for the left side box? Been using it for 4 years, charges anything with a USB wire. I swear some people just like to tear up their bike with mods for no other reason then to do so. |

Posts: 167 , OH | The difference is what your plugging in, and the about of WIRES dangling and scratching paint. Not to mention if you have something else in the glove box then it's a problem. However, thanks for the feedback. My bike is slightly more custom than most
