Vacaville, CA United States | I recently purchased the center stand from Witchdoctor. The only "installation" PDF published in their website looks like a 15-minute install if you read it. Also, there is no DIY video (the only video is an 18 sec video if a small woman putting a Vic Vision on the center stand). When I received the part, it came with a very different set of instructions that have you remove both mufflers and loosten the entire exhaust system from the header on the aft piston to all the connections going to the crossover.
After all of that, the install went okay, but it seems to me they should either put all of the PDF's on their website...or at least mention what model the posted PDF is for. This install took me 7 hours (taking beer breaks of course) and had I known the extent of the install, it is likely that I would not have purchased it. Additionally, the "feet" are very difficult to adjust after install. |
