Posts: 173 Prescott Valley, AZ | I am impressed and jealous!!!! Since I changed jobs last year I don't get near as many miles as I used to, my old job was a 65 miles round trip six days a week, new job is five days and only 15 miles there and back. So the majority of my miles now will be more like real "fun" miles. And I am way jealous of that 80 degrees you had there!!!! I'm in central AZ and our high today was only low 60s!!!!

Posts: 495 Carrollton, TX | Actually this picture is worth closer to 25,000 words or a word a mile at least. Congratulations! When did you buy your Vision? I bought my Vision on March 1st and now have over 22,500 miles on it. I figure I will hit a little over 30,000 miles by my first year anniversary. Based on my experience so far I don’t think I will ever reach a point where each new mile isn’t more fun than the last. You couldn’t pull the Vision from my cold dead hands. |

I picked mine up November 17, 2008, just a little more than a month to go for the 1 year anniversary. If I go to Texas before then I might have the 30k, else, it'll be around 27-28k. You're pulling in the miles for sure.

For one, you can't make a living being on the forum all the time. Second, I've got more CASH for GAS since I started ridin' two wheels. My Jeep Cherokee only gets 19mpg so I'm more than doubling my riding range. It may seem I rack up the miles on my bike, but even with my cars I would average about 28K a year. Also, you get more mpg's out of petrol than you do with Dr. Pepper, so it is all a matter of priorities. I do say thank you for the kudo's. |

I did the rear tire at 16k and the front at 23k so we're about the same. on that. I'm at 25,200miles right now so I'll keep on trying so I can jump a head. Really, it don't matter, my miles are mostly out of necessity, to include the ones with the wife unit to grap a bite to eat 100 to 200 miles away. |

Correct, I was hoping to make it to the rest stop at the border and get a pick next to the Welcome to Virginia sign, but oh well. |

Lightweight? I'm usually never more than 200 miles from home on my trips so far. Just one to Orlando, and the other to Carlisle, Pa. I'm ready to go to Texas, 16k and 24 hours, that's what I'm talking about. |

Posts: 2027 Brighton, TN | Possibly, but now your just trying to run up your post count, oh shame on you! It's bad enough your mileage (might have been done on a bike stand) is so legit, this of course is third party information and I don't know anything about this ad. I'm feeling more like a politician, just a little mud slinging, since the election is upon us. |

No trying to run up a post count, it is my usual useless babble much like a baby in a crib, making noise with no one paying attention until it cries. I'll let you ride up top and bask there for a while since you took the position just a day or two ago. Post, I mean Ride On! |

"First Lap Club" I wonder if I can find at patch. Maybe a little Vision patch wing with 1LC under it. Then as we acheive, it can be updated with 2LC and so on. Who's the 1LC members, that is who has over 24,901.55 miles on their Visions? Thanks VT. |

Posts: 849 , FL United States | Gee, I feel like a real "light-weight" compared to you guys. Had the 17500 service & the recall done yesterday. She runs soooooooooo much smoother now !!!!!!!
BTW had the service done early because we're leaving for Deal's Gap this Saturday for 5 days. Wanted everything checked out on the Vis before I attempted to ride the infamous "Tail of the Dragon". Prayers for me on Monday 10-20 & Tuesday 10-21 would be greatly appreciated.

| I'm not accustomed to seeing accumulated mileage on a Victory more than mine. I guess I better get use to it on these Visions. Only 7400 miles since July. Poor old V92C isn't seeing much road time this summer, still sitting around 155K miles. |
