My take is that the L2 pipes were not manufactured by Victory, they were Tiger Jet pipes and I'm not sure who manufactured them, but I suspect that they may have gone under.

<p>They're good. They are quite a bit louder than Level 1's...really bark when you get on it.</p><p>I was trying to post a pic of the dyno chart, but it is not working.  Dyno'd at 120 HP and 122 ft. lbs torque (has cams, timing wheel at 3 degrees, Lloydz ECM reprogram, etc).</p><p>[img]http://i.imgur.com/YVDSM9f.jpg[/img]</p>
