My reverse gear will no longer engage. While backing the bike of the chalk in reverse, I heard a clunk and it came out of gear. Now when I put it in reverse, the gear indicator flashes but it does not engage. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

If you had the reverse lever engaged and the bike in gear wtih clutch out then you sheared the spline that engages the reverse and need to get it replaced.
