After 23 thousand miles I'm having a friend mount a new one for me. Wasn't a bad job kinda easy in a way. Did find a lot of rocks and tar in the exhaust cross over loup. Found more in the link rod loop.

Why did you have to change them? I've done my rear wheel twice (working with a local shop - love being able to wrench along side them and watch what's going on but I digress). Axle slid out and back in without adjusting adjusters at all. Now sometimes it needs a bit of persuasion to line up right going back in but haven't had to adjust the adjusters.

never moved the adjusters to change my tires. The harder part is keeping the spacers in place until the axle is in.
