I keep reading that there is a different cam in the 09. Does anyone know why? Is the 09 Vision cam more aggressive? Why was the 08 cam replaced with a different size?

I have not heard that there is a different cam except that some of the 106 motors in other models have it-it bumps the hp to 97 from 92 and tq to 113 from 109-not sure adding this to the Vision motor is worth while for the modest increases. Note that these figures are at the flywheel and not rear wheel.

Lloyd or KevinX would be the best ones to ask. I know the cams that Lloyd sells for the 08 won't work in the 09 without a cam follower. So there is something different there.

Reference to the cam follower set can be seen on this page: http://www.quickvic-usa.com/vision.shtml

Are we able to get better HP and TQ figures for the 09 Vision than the current 92 and 109 with the aftermarket cam and if so does anyone know what those numbers are. Does Victory offer a stage 2 or 3 kit for the Vision?

No to the Stage 2&3, this is what we have Lloyd for. They only offer Stage 1 Level 1 (S1L1) and Stage 1 Level 2 (S1L2). Both are filter, muffler or exhaust and reflash. Most go with S1L1 because, regardless of what Vic says, the S1L1 is a little louder / deeper (tone quality says so) and S1L2 changes the mufflers and shields out completely, so it looks different. I personally love the looks of the stock exhaust. S1L2 looks too small on the Vision for me.

If the 106 provides more HP and TQ on some models why cant the same changes be made to the Vision to get the extra juice.
