New Bohemia, VA | Left the house at 6:40 temp around 35 degree, foggy, no ice. I'm on my way to Richmond and get almost there when I see the highway information sign and it says that there is ice around the metro area. I'm going west of the metro area skirting the southside. The radio was saying there was spots here and there where there was black ice, temps in some areas 31 degrees. I travel the heavily traveled road so I wasn't too concerned. Though it says it'll be in the 60's today, with the threat of thunderstorms, I might have caged it instead had I known about the ice. When I got to work I had to snap the pictures from my phone, thus the graininess, but that is ice in the trees, nothing on the road, but some in the grass. I might be as crazy as people say that I am.
