Well I messed up and took a demo ride on a vision tour. Now I have vision fever. I know that the vision comes in street/tour models with standard, comfort, and premium. I have been on Polaris' website but they dont have a side by side difference of what exactly each level is. Can someone please list everything that comes with comfort and premium trim or a better place on the web. Also is there any differnece in in 08 and 09 trim packages.

Thanks
Chris

If you don't have any issues with the $, get the premium, 09. If you have the $s and don't go with the premium, you will end up getting all the stuff anyway. How come the dealer did not explain that to you? Fear not the Vision......just buy it, if you do, it will be all .

I did ask the dealer but all they had were standards and seemed not quite sure about the upper trim levels. It might have been a little of sell whats on the floor as they are 08 holdovers. The bike is awsome and liked it a ton more than my HD Streetglide.

you didn't mess up! you just found the best bike that you can own! the website shows the difference somewhat.. the tour premium has more chrome and hid lighting. i would recommend the comfort or premium. the windshield adjustment is super. you can't hardly go wrong with a vision so choose and enjoy!!!!!

You won't regret buying the Vision. I have the comfort package, that is the same as the premium,
but without the extra chrome. The Vision will grow on you, beware of that.

The basic difference between standard and premiums are chrome forks and handlbars. The bigger differences are that the premium has heated grips, seat, and power windshield. Also, lighted tank badges. As for differences between 08 and 09, the biggest is that the 09's offer the same two colors as last year (black and midnight cherry) but dropped the grey for Ice Blue. Also, the 09 model offers, for extra of course, reverse, which is an add on. It is an electric motor that bolts onto the transmission. Hope that helps. For me the premium is the way to go, the heated seats and grips are great, even in mildly colder weather. Even better is the power windshield, I think I use that every time I ride. Highway speeds it's up a little to defelect, and slower speeds I put it down to get some air in the sumer.

There are some real bargains out there in the '08 models (if you can live without reverse). I bought a blk '08 prem tour for less than loan value!

my dealer has some 08 premiums left over. If your interested, I can ask what colors. I think he would be willing to work on price a little to help move his inventory.

It's all in the Trunk. The street doesn't have the trunk!! The comfort and premium have the tour trunk. The premium has the added heated grips and seats, with some factory chrome accessories. GO TO THE WEB SITE!!

Go to Victory website and "build your bike". Save each style you like and compare.
Yeah, seems too easy. Victory's fault not mine.

I have an 08 Black Comfort tour. I have the heated grips and seat which I believe are standard on the Comfort as well as the Premium. The only differences would be more shiny stuff and the HID lamp on the premium. With either one, you can't go wrong!!

Have an 08 Midnight Cherry and must echo the others--can't beat the heated grips, seats, and power windshield.
The lighted tank badge is so cool at night, it is almost worth the difference by itself.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has responded. I have no doubt that the vision is a great machine and the one for me. I also have no doubt that I'm done with HD. I wish I knew what all was chrome on the premium. Also on the 09 premium models are the forks chrome or is there a chrome piece that fits on the forks. A good pick of this would be great and yes I have scoured the internet looking for a good pic. This forum is awsome and the people on it.

Eagel the premium tour is the way to go in my book. You get the electricwindshield. lighted side badges, heatedgrips, heated seat and HID light. Plus the braggin rights that you own the premium model falg ship of victory. I'm so glad i got the premium tour. The cool part is if idont want the big bag on the back i take it off and insert my replacment panel and now i i have street premuim. I think the only difference between the 09 and 08 is billet rims, chrome forks, and the red in the gauges are much reder at night and the head light does not come on till you fire the bike up. hope this helps bud. Good luck.

The diffrence between the premium an the rest is minimal in price when you buy. Adding later costs. go premium now. you can always remove later.
