Posts: 562 SC, Bluffton | I like the fact they are "pipes", and not this stage 1 or 2 talk. I am from the metric crowd, and we add pipes, or slip-ons. Is it me, or do "slip-ons" sound sissy? LOL |

Posts: 3773 Pittsburgh, PA | i dont think the terms of how we label pipes should be labels. its either A or B. who cares if they are slip on you get the same performance without having to remove sensors and go through all that work! People have gotten great results from the S1L1 AND s1L2 than came with a air filter and fuel injection map for cheaper than any entire pipe setup. I like the fact that victory sells a setup where you get the intake performance part of it and the fuel calibration for under $500 if you get the S1L1 or a little more if you want the s1l2.. you dont see others doing this.
this was one thing i DIDNT like about being involved in the metric market. drop $500-$600 on just "pipes" then if you want more power you have to drop $200-$300 into a intake, and then you have to drop more money into a device that changes the A/F ratio..
